ColoringBookPages, and its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, internal operating units, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, sublicensees, successors and assigns, and independent contractors (described as “ColoringBookPages,” “we,” “us” or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy.
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) explains how ColoringBookPages collects and uses your personal information and demonstrates our commitment to collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing your personal information fairly and responsibly. This Policy applies to your use of the ColoringBookPages’ website (the “Website”) as well as to any related or integrated technology such as browser extensions and software applications applicable to ColoringBookPages (the “Software”) (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy will help you understand our policies and practices with respect to privacy, and while understand that legal terms are not fun to read, it is important that you read it. If you do not agree with our Policy, do not use the Website, install our Software, or use our Services.
1. Information We Collect through our Website and Extension
If you use our Website, Software and Services, we will collect and process certain categories of information described below.
Examples of information we collect when you visit our Website include:
- The internet protocol (IP) addresses of our customers, your browser type, non-precise geolocation (city, state, zip code), operating system, device identifiers, non-precise geolocation (such as city, state, or ZIP code) and information about how you navigate sites and links you click.
- Search query information. When you use the Software, you may enter search queries or search terms to generate the results or features you request. The Software processes these search queries to provide the requested functionality. Search queries are processed in real time and are deleted once the corresponding result is generated. For your protection, we do not store, retain, or use search-query data after completing your request. We do not use search-query data for analytics, marketing, behavioral profiling, or advertising. We also do not disclose search-query information to third parties, except to limited service providers who act solely on our behalf to operate the Software and who are contractually required to protect and delete this data.
Examples of information we collect if you download our Software include:
- Your IP address, browser type, device details, cookies or other tracking data, user agent, and a unique user identifier generated by the host application, from which we may infer approximate location (for example, city, state, or ZIP code). We also collect information about the websites and URLs you visit (which may contain query strings), their page titles and descriptions, and your interactions with advertising, such as impressions, clicks, and conversions. This data, combined with identifiers such as IP address, user agent, and unique ID, allows us to deliver targeted ads, track conversions, and analyze usage patterns across sessions. We combine this information to create profiles that enable targeted advertising, measurement, and service improvement. While we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, URLs may sometimes contain incidental personal or sensitive information. These processes may create persistent profiles of user behavior, which we use for ad delivery, analytics, and to enhance the overall performance of our Services.
We do not collect sensitive information such as social security numbers, biometric data, or financial data.
If you choose to download our browser extension, we also may use this information to provide you with sponsored content if you have not opted out of receiving such content. To opt out, please refer to the instructions on our how to use page under the section “How it works” > “Disabling sponsored content.”
2. Use of Your Personal Information

This allows us to provide, personalize, and improve content and advertising, as well as to develop analytics and reporting to support our operations.

8. Your Privacy Rights
You have rights and choices regarding your personal information, which may vary depending on where you live and may include the right to:

For example, under California law you may only make a verifiable consumer request for Access twice within a 12-month period.
